WARRANTY & RETURNS

When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund withing 3 days of the purchase date. Any  item shipped to you from Ninocuisine may be returned for a merchandise credit that can be used on a future Ninocuisine orders. Refund checks are not available for returns. Shipping is non-refundable. All shipping returns is at customer expense and handling.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you’d like to cancel or change a Ninocuisine order for any reason, please contact us and make sure to include your order number or call 1.514.585-7389 as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be canceled. Please contact us

Ninocuisine reserves the right to cancel any order, in case of order cancellation we will not charge the client’s credit card and no fees will be applied. Any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent will be canceled. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
