Shipping Information

NINO CUISINE  prides itself in using only the best carrier to get your valued parcel safely delivered to you We currently ship via Purolator and we also double check before shipping any order.NINO CUISINE cares for the environment, we use recycled boxes. As a result, the product that you see on the outside of the shipping box will not necessarily be the item you have ordered. Please be sure to open the box carefully, check the product inside and it will be correct with the correct packaging.

Please Note: Items returned may result a subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Returning Online Orders

If your package arrives damaged or defective and you are unable to return it to our store location, we will arrange to replace it by our courier PLEASE e-mail us at info@Nino Cuisine.com within 10 days of the date receipt of product. E-mail inquiries will be replied from Monday to Friday during regular business hours.

YOU MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

A picture of damaged item with its original shipping box,original invoice number (found on your packing slip) .The product code of the unused item, in its original packaging and size of the item’s box you will be sending

IMPORTANT:PLEASE DO NOT SEND BACK ORDERS BEFORE CONTACTING US the package will be refused. We will not accept returns or exchanges on used items or items without original packaging under any circumstances.Sale items mean”Final Sale”. In these cases, the prices are so low (often below cost) that we will not accept the merchandise for return.No refunds or exchanges. We will, however, replace any items that are received defective within 10 days of the date receipt of product. .

RETURNING ONLINE ORDER TO OUR SERVICE COUNTER

Yes, you may return online orders at our location. When you do, you will receive a gratitude courtesy gift. You’ll be asked for the copy of the receipt and our clerk service will give a credit note – No money refund. This is the only refund option available in store.

All in-house returns must comply with our  Return Policy.
